Courtney has been coaching clients and reaching their health goals for over 9 years. Her favorite part about being a personal trainer is getting the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people with different backgrounds and goals. Courtney says it's amazing to see the mental and physical transformations clients undergo while training with her.  She loves the ability to take an individual's goal/vision and making it a reality. Kevin is a health and wellness professional, and athletic performance specialist. His passion is all about getting you to the level of athleticism you desire. He prides himself in working with individuals of all backgrounds to help them find the fun in fitness. He knows that change will only happen when you are able to create healthy habits that help you stick to your personalized fitness lifestyle.

Kevin chose the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for his personal training certification because of their Optimum Performance Training model (OPT). He enjoys working with his clients in stages; progressing you naturally through stabilization, Endurance, Strength and Power.

With a background in sports and an affinity for all things outdoors, Kevin gained his TRX certification to better develop functional muscle recruitment with his clients (and it's way fun!). He loves the flexibility and diversity of suspension trainers, and strives to use a variety of training tools to give his clients a well rounded arsenal of exercises.

 T.J. was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. As soon as he could walk, his parents had him on a pair of hockey skates. Hockey was his life growing up and he still loves to play and coach any chance he can. Being an athlete for so many years of his life, the gym quickly became his second home. It was a place that he could work on perfecting his craft, but also where he could clear his mind from the daily stress life throws at you. Exercise or “aggressive meditation” as he sometimes calls it, has been a huge part of his life. So, becoming a personal trainer was a natural transition for him. Being a trainer has a lot of perks; but having the opportunity to help guide someone through the process of making legitimate healthy life changes is the best.

You don’t have to be perfect, but you do need to be consistent. This is something that he’s lived by for a long time now. Whether it’s your health and fitness goals, or the success you’re striving for with your personal life. Being as consistent as possible doing the right things, will lead you to the results you’re looking for. The focus he has with each client is always long term. That instant gratification you might get from fad diets and magic weight loss pills will always end up being a waste of your time. He’ll work with you as a team to build a workout routine that works for you!  He wants to help you find a way to think of exercising as something you can be excited about during the week, not a chore.
