Courtney Coleman (She/ Her)- Owner and Personal Trainer
Courtney is an Idaho native, who grew up playing as many athletic sports as her parents would allow, which was most of them! She loved and excelled the most in the sport of soccer. She ended her high school career receiving many athletic accolaids, the biggest of which being an athletic scholarship to play collegiately for Eastern Oregon University, where she spent the next four years earning her Bachelor’s degree.
Courtney has been coaching clients and reaching their health goals now for over 15 years. Her favorite part about being a personal trainer is getting the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people with different backgrounds and goals. Courtney says it's amazing to see the mental and physical transformations clients undergo while training with her. She loves the ability to take an individual's goal/vision and making it a reality. "Its a fantastic feeling for us both!"
When Courtney isn’t in the gym she can be found outdoors where her passion for health and fitness has evolved into staying fit for outdoor adventures. She loves to mountain bike, backpack, fly fish, hunt, and ski, just to name a few. She says “Fitness for me now isn’t having a low body fat, it’s the ability to hike forty miles with a forty pound pack on my back, and like it”!

Brittany Van Buren (She/Her)- Certified Personal Trainer
From the pool to the podium, and everywhere in between, Brittany has spent her life chasing performance—and helping others do the same. She grew up swimming competitively through high school and into college, where she also discovered a deep love for weightlifting. What started as a way to support her swimming soon became its own passion and a cornerstone of her training philosophy.
After hanging up the goggles, Brittany found a new competitive fire in mountain biking. She now races Enduro and Downhill in CAT 1 and the Pro Class for Enduro, using the weight room not just to gain an edge—but to stay strong, resilient, and a place of rehab. That same mindset drives how she train others: injury prevention, smart programming, and unlocking potential through movement.
Brittany earned a degree in Kinesiology and holds a Physical Education teaching certification. Before stepping into personal training, she spent six years teaching middle school P.E., where she honed her ability to educate, motivate, and adapt to every level of ability.
When Brittany is not in the gym or flying down a trail, she is probably out adventuring with her family or tossing a frisbee to King Leonidas the first—her 13-year-old pup.
Whether you’re chasing a podium, rehabbing from injury, or just want to move better and feel stronger, Brittany is here to help you get after it—with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of drive.
